We have a commitment to you: we look after the raw materials from the origin, the preparation processes, the freshness of our products and information to the consumer to contribute to your well-being.
We prepare products adapted to the nutritional requirements of our consumers and we have set in motion a complete nutritional improvement programme in line with the recommendations of the Health Authorities whose results have been set out below:
- Reduction saturated fats: We are the first aperitif manufacturing company to replace vegetable fat with sunflower oil and olive oil in all our products, thereby reducing the saturated fat content by up to 70%.
- Reduction in salt: We have managed to cut the amount of salt by 10%, maintaining all the flavour of our aperitifs so that our consumers can enjoy them as they always did.
- Improvement in nutritional labelling: Following a healthy, balanced diet also depends on good nutritional information. In order to be able to choose your food with total confidence, we provide you with clear and detailed nutritional information. What’s more, we tell you the guideline daily amounts (GDA) on all our packaging. The GDA show the quantity of calories, fats, saturated fats, salt and sugars provided by a pack of the product compared with the guideline daily amount recommended for a healthy diet.
